4 <br />ARTICLE 1-SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.1. Town thereby appoints, designates and empowers the County with authority to enforce, ail <br />applicable State Building Codes as adopted by the State of North Carolina and the Town of <br />Hillsborough.
