Appendix B <br />Physical Examination <br />The Spay/Neuter Veterinarian will check and record data as appropriate <br />concerning the following in the physical examination, noting with the <br />recording any abnormalities discovered in the examination: <br />1. Weight <br />2. Temperature <br />3. Pulse <br />4. Respiration <br />5. Mucus Mem <br />6. CRT <br />7. Teeth <br />8. Hydration <br />9. Mentation <br />10. Skins <br />11. Eyes <br />12. Ears <br />13. Nose <br />14. Neuro <br />15. Feet <br />16. GI <br />17. GU <br />18. LN <br />The County Shelter personnel will be responsible for: <br />1. Deworming w/Strongid <br />2. Rabies vaccination (if older than 3 months) -Veterinarian maybe <br />requested to perform by Shelter <br />3. DHLLP vaccination -Dogs <br />4. Kennel Cough <br />5. Heartworm Testing <br />6.
