Center for Employment Training <br />Durham, North Carolina <br />Durham Facility Description <br />Addendum #2 <br />The Greater Durham Center in North Carolina is centrally located to serve an area <br />internationally known as the Research Triangle. Located just two minutes from the <br />Durham Freeway and Downtown Durham CET-Durham is readily accessible via <br />public transit and can accommodate private transportation. <br />Our campus is located in a highly visible and community-based business axed <br />education incubator called the Golden Belt Center. The physical address is Center <br />for Employment Training, Golden Belt Center, 8U7 E. Main Street, Bldg. 4, <br />Durham, NC 277Q1, Wlllcll is also located in the heart of Durham in an area <br />commonly known locally as North East Central Durlxam. <br />Tlxe CT~ldeax Belt l :enter was co~xsta~.cted in 1887 and lies a beautiful Red Brick <br />finish both outside and inside. CET currently occupies 7,253 square feet of space <br />and is home to three vocational sl~,~lls (Automated Oftace Skills, Medical <br />Administrative Assistant, and Medical insurance Billing). Our current facility can <br />also accommodate one additional drill and there are plans to expand to the second <br />floor of Bldg. -^r by adding another 7,4Q7 square feet of space within the next 6 <br />months. <br />For security measures tlxe Golden Belt Center is fenced-in and equipped witlx <br />security cameras and a burglar alarm system.
