137 <br />8. Analysis regarding migratory bird mortality due to telecommunication towers. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: No financial impact at this time with human resources being used from <br />existing department staffs. Eventually, the use of the MTP could provide financial and public <br />benefits. Department involvement would eventually include, but not be limited to Planning and <br />Inspections Department, EMS, Information Services, Purchasing, Public Works, Environmental <br />and Resource Conservation, and Parks and Recreation. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Planning Department staff recommends approval of the <br />attached ordinance and that the proposed amendments be referred to the Planning Board for a <br />recommendation to be returned to the Board of County Commissioners no sooner than August <br />17, 2004. <br />The Administration recommends that the proposed amendments be referred to the <br />Planning Board for a recommendation to be returned to the BOCC no sooner than August 17, <br />2004. <br />
