e. OCES retains full authority for the care and treatment of all patients provide <br />by members of the squad. <br />f. 'The squad shall provide aCounty-approved Emergency Medical Technician-B <br />to staff an ambulance; effective July 1, 2010, three nights per week (12 hours <br />per shift) as determined in coordination with the Emergency Services Director. <br />g. It is the goal to have by January 1, 2011 far the squad to provide aCounty- <br />approved Emergency Medical Technician-B to staff an ambulance seven <br />nights per week (12 hours per shift) as determined in coordination with the <br />Emergency Services Director. <br />5. Governing Law. This Operations Agreement and the duties, responsibilities, <br />obligations and rights of respective parties hereunder shall be governed by the laws of <br />the State of North Carolina. <br />6. Extent of Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement <br />between the County and the SORS and supersedes all pi7or negotiations, <br />representations or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be <br />amended only by written instrument signed by both parties. <br />7. Severability. if any provision of this Agreement is held as a matter of law to be <br />unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and binding upon the <br />Parties. <br />8. Notice.
