Applicant Experience Page 2 <br />Jacqueline Thompson, Housing Officer II, has over fifteen (15) years of professional experience <br />in housing. She has served as Housing Officer II since 1997. Prior to working with Housing <br />Department, she worked for the City of Jacksonville in Onslow County. She is a Certified Public <br />Housing Manager. <br />Ron Gallerani, Residents Services Officer, has worked in human services for over ten (10) years. <br />He has served in this position for over two years. Before joining the Housing Department, he had <br />worked for several agencies and organizations in the public health and community action fields. <br />His work has included on-on-one case management as well as community capacity building <br />programs and efforts. From these various positions, Mr. Gallerani has gained extensive <br />experience working with community residents, agency professionals, and academicians. He is <br />also a Certified Public Housing Manager. <br />
