To enhance trust between the (specific) department and the <br />community, members of the citizen advisory committee will: <br />1. Assist staff of the Orange County department in achieving a <br />greater understanding of the nature and causes of community issues, with <br />an emphasis on improving relations between the department and the <br />citizens. <br />2. Recommend methods to encourage and develop the CAC's ability to <br />accomplish their work. <br />3. Work throughout the community to gain relevant information about <br />
