Subcommittees are ad hoc and temporary in nature. Approved ad hoc <br />subcommittees must have documented goals, deliverables, and a timeline, <br />and the subcommittee will cease to meet when these are satisfied. <br />d. The citizen advisory committee Chair may request that the BOCC change <br />the structure and/or operating procedures of the citizen advisory <br />committee if he or she deems it essential for improving the committee's <br />productivity and effectiveness. <br />e. Operation <br />Subcommittees shall operate as specified. <br />a. A member of the subcommittee shall take responsibility for assigning a <br />note taker and for reporting to the full citizen advisory committee the <br />subcommittee's progress toward its stated objectives, including dissenting <br />view points. <br />b. Subcommittees shall operate by [consensus or majority vote]. <br />c.
