For statutory boards, <br />authority may include reference to applicable General Statutes. <br />The Orange BOCC has the responsibility to appoint citizens to serve as <br />members of citizen advisory committees established by the board. <br />Orange County department heads and staff are responsible for providing <br />support to the citizen advisory committees. <br />POLICY: <br />This policy establishes the parameters for appointments to state- <br />mandated, regional, and/or County-developed citizen advisory <br />committees. <br />
