Use of Experienced CDBG Administraator•: <br />No funds maybe obligated or expended for the administration activity until the recipient has <br />submitted a statement signed by the CEO stating that they will be using an experienced CDBG <br />administrator or local government staff:. Ihis person should be one who has actually administered <br />more than one (1} CDBG project.
