John Watkins said that they go by the priority
list. They do not obtain right-of-way and survey until the road is funded.
Jay Zaragoza asked about Lawrence Road and why it is not paved. John Watkins said
that it has been on the list but because of a large property owner not signing the right-of-way that they have
not been able to pave this road.
Commissioner Halkiotis suggested that DOT check to see if some of the right-of-way is
already dedicated as right-of-way and recorded as such. Mr. Watkins said that they do not get into a lengthy
survey and quite often when there is doubt they ask for signatures.
