2 <br />• Correction of inaccurate references to a "permit" - replaced with "license" in the enforcement <br />section of the RRMO. <br />The County Attorney has drafted the amendments, approval of which by the BOCC will <br />accomplish the changes noted above. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Adoption of these amendments will have no effect on either the Solid <br />Waste Department Enterprise budget or on fees related to RRMO licensing, permitting or <br />certification. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider and adopt the <br />attached resolution, which will amend the Regulated Recyclable Material Ordinance as <br />described above. <br />
