See Appendix B for examples of our invoices <br />2.8 Required Statements <br />Insurance Coverage. <br />URS maintains general business liability and professional errors and omissions liability <br />insurance with the Hartford Insurance Company in the amounts of $2,000,000 and <br />$1,000,000 respectively and will provide a certificate of insurance with the County <br />listed as an additional insured where appropriate. <br />Conflict of Interest. <br />Utilities Reduction Specialists, Inc. warrants that no official or employee of the county <br />has an interest, have been employed or retained to solicit or aid in the procuring of the <br />resulting contract, nor that any such person will be employed in the performance of <br />such contract without immediate divulgence of such fact to the County. <br />Non-Collusion. <br />Utilities Reduction Specialists, Inc. warrants that our offer is made without any <br />previous understanding, contract or connection with any person, firm or corporation <br />submitting a separate proposal for the same project and is in all respects fair, without <br />outside control, collusion, fraud or otherwise illegal action. <br />Page 12 of 19 <br />
