Understanding of the Proiect <br />Our experience in working with local governments has equipped us with knowledge <br />of where to look for opportunities for cost savings and knowledge of the legislation <br />and government tariffs that one must navigate to be successful in what we do. Our <br />engagements with local governments over the years have created a wealth of cost <br />saving innovative .ideas that we bring to our clients as well. <br />As requested in this RFP, we will perform a comprehensive analysis of your <br />electric, natural gas, propane, fuel oil, and water, to obtain cost savings and refunds <br />and will adhere to the project schedule provided in the RFP. <br />We look forward to helping the County "Find Money" and "Keep More" of what <br />you already have. <br />Page 5 of 19 <br />
