4,0 EVALUATION CITERIA: <br />The following criteria and rating schedule will be used to determine the most highly qualified firm(s) <br />for this project: <br />Proposed Approach to Project (section 2.3) <br />Firm Qualifications & Experience (section 2.5) <br />Specific Experience in Similar Public and Government Projects (section <br />2.6) Qualifications & Experience of Key Personnel (section 2.5) <br />Results of Reference Checks (section 2.6) <br />Proposed Fee (section 2.7) <br />5.0 SELECTION PROCEDURE: <br />51 Proposals will be reviewed for responsiveness, and responsive proposals will <br />further be screened by a selection committee in accordance with the above <br />criteria. The firm(s) submitting the most highly-rated proposals maybe invited <br />for interviews. If the County chooses to conduct interviews, the firm's Lead <br />Representative(s) must be present. <br />52 The County reserves the right to make an award without further discussion of the <br />submittal with the proposer. Therefore, the proposal should be submitted initially <br />on the most favorable terms that the firm or individual may propose. <br />5.3 The County reserves the right to award a contract to the firm or individual who, <br />in the sole judgment of the County, provides the most favorable responses to this <br />RFP pursuant to the Evaluation Criteria indicated above. <br />5.4 The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive minor <br />irregularities in said proposals, or to negotiate minor deviations wide the <br />successfial firm. <br />Page 4 of 19 <br />
