Do I interpret Section 2.7 Fees to mean, compensation based on recoveries only and not on any future savings? <br />A: Respondents can also propose future savings. It would be one of the items considered during evaluation. <br />Please clearly specify time periods and percentages. <br />2. We did receive a copy of the above noted RFP and it appears to be for refund/recovery only. Is the County <br />interested in cost savings going forward? If so, what were the results? <br />A: Yes, Robert S. Segal, CPA PA in 2005 with favorable results <br />All other terms and conditions shall remain the same. <br />8.
