collusion, fraud or otherwise illegal action. This condition shall not apply to proposals <br />which are submitted by firms who have partnered with others to submit a cooperative <br />proposal that clearly identifies a primary contractor and the associated sub-contractors. <br />7.5 Indemnification & Insurance Requirements. <br />The County's standard indemnification and insurance requirements are provided in the <br />sample contract, Exhibit B. <br />7.6 Protests and Appeals. <br />In accordance with Section 1 Item G of the Purchasing Policy Manual, any actual or prospective <br />proposer, offeror, or contractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a <br />contract may appeal to the Asset Management and Purchasing Services Director The protest <br />shall be submitted in writing to the Asset Management and Purchasing Services Director within <br />five (5) working days after such aggrieved person or company knows, or should have known, of <br />the facts giving rise thereto. <br />
