A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit to establish a <br />public hearing date of April 1, 1996 or as early as possible to consider leasing the Georgia Pacific Building to <br />Builders Supply Lumber Company. Said public hearing notice will include the conditions of the lease. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIV. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items to come before the Board, Chair Carey adjourned the meeting.
