It is unlawful to hunt deer or attempt to take deer with the aid of dogs <br />at any time. <br />SECTION 2. Violation of this act is a Class 3 misdemeanor. <br />SECTION 3. This act is enforceable by law enforcement officers of the Wildlife <br />Resources Commission, by sheriffs and deputy sheriffs, and by peace officers with general <br />subject matter jurisdiction. <br />SECTION 4. This act applies only to Orange County. <br />SECTION 5. This act becomes effective October 1, 2011, and applies to acts <br />committed on or after that date. <br />immnim~un <br />
