2 <br />Orange County Schools continue to operate within the accepted LOS established for <br />elementary, middle and high schools. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Precise financial impacts cannot be determined, but the revised <br />membership numbers submitted by Orange County Schools will likely affect student <br />membership growth projections and future operating and capital budget requests. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the corrected <br />elementary and high school level November 15, 2010 membership and capacity numbers as <br />submitted by Orange County Schools and authorize the Chair to sign the Orange County <br />Schools forms. <br />
