s,~ ~ dRa-,ZoaS~ ooh <br />~ .. ~ _o~ <br />An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of Orange County ~~ <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, North <br />Carolina, that the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 1: Amend Article 4, Section 4.3 entitled "Permitted Use Table" and Use P 19 <br />listed Schools: Elementary, Middle, and Secondary as depicted on the <br />attached table. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance be placed in the file of published ordinances. <br />Section 3: That this ordinance is effective upon adoption. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that this Ordinance entitled `An Ordinance Amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Orange County" is adopted. <br />~~ <br />Upon motion of Commissioner seconded by <br />Commissioner ,the foregoing Ordinance was adopted this <br />the ,j day of , 2004. <br />I, Donna S.
