Ordinance as Approved by BOCC <br />(6) Where tots have been approved for recordation by either the <br />Orange County School System or the Chapel Hill/Carrboro <br />School System the following statement and endorsements <br />shall appear on the final plat: <br />I hereby certify that the lots shown on this plat have. been <br />approved by the School <br />System for recordation prior to jlnsert datel in accordance <br />with the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance. <br />Chair <br />Date <br />Secretary Attest Date <br />SEAL <br />All certificates and endorsement signatures on the Final Plat, <br />except those of the County Manager, Planning Board Chair, <br />Planning Director and Environmental Health Officer shall be <br />notarized by the statement of a Notary Public entered on the <br />Final Plat.
