8) Location of all water courses on the site, including direction of <br />flow. <br />9) .Existing and proposed topography at a contour interval of five {5) <br />feet based on mean sea level datum. <br />b) ~ Statement from appropriate public service agencies concerning the <br />method and adequacy of water supply and wastewater treatment, <br />including the approval of a secondary wastewater treatment site in the <br />event of failure of the primary septic tank system. <br />c) Building plans for all existing and proposed buildings, including floor plans <br />and cross sections showing the proposed use of all portions of such <br />buildings. <br />d) Statement from the appropriate public service agencies concerning the <br />provision of fire, police and rescue protection to the site and structures. <br />e) Detailed plans for controlling the first one-half (1/2) inch of runoff from all <br />impervious surfaces, including the capacity of infiltration, retention, <br />detention or other control measures. <br />f) Design, layout and construction specifications for runoff control <br />measures, including methods for protecting undisturbed areas during and <br />after construction. <br />g) Identification and protective measures for erodible soils (K factors greater <br />than 0.36 in Orange County Soil Survey), alluvial soils, steep slopes <br />(greater than 15%), floodplains and wetlands. <br />h) Inventory of all. hazardous materials produced, stored, used on-site or <br />transported to or from the site as defined by EPA's Hazardous <br />Substances or Priority Pollutants lists. <br />i) Design and constructions specifications for storage facilities far <br />hazardous materials, including spill containment measures and <br />contingency plans for on-site containment and clean-up of spills. <br />j) Sedimentation and erosion control plan. <br />8.8.26.2 Standards of Evaluation <br />The following specific standards shall be used in deciding on application for this <br />modification and use: <br />a) The site plan submitted meets all requirements specified in Subsections <br />8.8 a) and 8.8.26.1 a). <br />b) All applicable requirements of Article 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 have been <br />satisfied with the exception of the impervious surface ratio for which a <br />modification is requested. <br />c) Fire, police and rescue services, and water supply and wastewater <br />treatment methods are adequate to serve the proposed uses and <br />facilities. <br />8-30-b <br />
