g) Reserved <br />h) Development of the site as proposed would have no adverse .impact <br />beyond the building, except for appropriate parking facilities. The floor <br />area of a building or group of buildings housing anon-profit educational <br />cooperative shall not exceed the maximum floor area ratio as permitted <br />by Section 5.1.2 of this Ordinance. All buildings associated with the <br />operation of the cooperative shall be designed to be harmonious with the <br />character of the zoning district and neighborhoods in which it is proposed <br />to be located. <br />i) The applicant must demonstrate its compliance with the definition of <br />"non-profit educational cooperative" as contained in Section 22 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />*8.8.26 Modification of Impervious Surface Limitations <br />'`Amended <br />1-6-86 <br />8.8.26.1 Additionallnformation <br />In addition to the information requested in Subsection 8.2 and 8.8 the following <br />shall be supplied as part of the application: <br />a) A site plan which shall include the following: <br />1) The dimensions and acreage of the lot to be built upon or <br />otherwise used. <br />2) The site layout of the entire project, including existing and <br />proposed buildings and their uses, and its relationship to <br />surrounding properties. <br />3) The layout of all off-street parking and loading areas, including the <br />location of entry and exit points, the internal vehicular circulation <br />pattern, the location and dimension of required parking and <br />loading spaces, and the materials of which such facilities are <br />constructed. <br />4) The location, dimension and method of construction of all existing <br />and proposed streets and highways. <br />5) The location, size and name of all existing plant materials to be <br />retained and proposed plantings and screenings, including areas <br />to be preserved as vegetated buffers along drainageways and <br />undisturbed areas for runoff infiltration. <br />6) Title; north arrow; scale; names of owners, developer and person <br />responsible for plan preparation; and the date that the plan was <br />drawn or subsequently revised. <br />7) Location of all areas on the site subject to flood hazard or <br />inundation as shown on flood maps or soils maps. <br />8-30-a <br />
