8.8.22.2 Standards of Evaluation <br />The following standards shall be used in deciding on an application for this use: <br />a) All necessary State permits have been applied for and granted to the <br />applicant. <br />b) The description of the type facility planned, including a detailed <br />description of the type wastes to 6e stored or disposed of on the site, the <br />size of the finished project, method of storage or final disposal. <br />c) Adequate fire, police and rescue protection can be provided. The <br />appropriate agencies have written letters confirming adequate protection. <br />d) The site is of adequate size to provide a buffer for adjacent properties. <br />The buffer shall also be of sufficient size to prevent adverse effects in <br />adjacent property. . <br />e) Access to the site is directly from an interstate, arterial, or major collector <br />street. <br />f) Accident prevention/emergency management plan approved by the State. <br />g) Location of flood plain if any is on site. <br />h) The site plan has buffer from streams. <br />*8.8.23 Planned Developments <br />''Amended <br />11-23-81 <br />8.8.23.1 Additionallnformation~ <br />In addition to the information required in Subsections 8.2 and 8.8, information <br />shall be supplied as part of the application as per applicable requirements of <br />Article 7. <br />8.8.23.2 Standards of Evaluation <br />The standards of evaluation shall be as per applicable sections of Article 7. <br />*8.8.24 Historic Sites Non-Residential Reuse/Mixed Use (Class A Special Use) <br />*Amended <br />4-1-85 <br />9-3-96 <br />8.8.24.1 Additionallnformation <br />In addition to the information required in Subsections 8.2 and 8.8, the following <br />shall be supplied as part of the application: <br />a) The site plan, prepared by a North Carolina registered land surveyor or <br />engineer, shall also contain the following: <br />1) Location, width, and type of all internal vehicular and pedestrian <br />circulation. <br />8-27 <br />
