d) A statement concerning the provision of public services which shall <br />include fire, police and rescue protection.. <br />8.8.20.2 Standards for Evaluation <br />a) Adequate parking, access and service areas are provided for the site. <br />b) Parking, service areas and buildings are adequately screened from <br />adjacent residential uses. <br />c) Improved recreational facilities are provided for occupants. <br />d) Other criteria as set forth in Subsection 6.12. <br />e) Letters from public service agencies attesting to the adequacy of the <br />provision of public services such as fire, police and rescue. <br />8.8.21 Recreational Facilities (S-34) (Class B Special Use) <br />8.8.21.1 Additional Information <br />In addition to the information required by Subsections 8.2 and 8.8, the following <br />shall be supplied as part of the application: <br />a) A description of the exact type facility planned, the amount of area, <br />including and number of members or participants expected, a site plan <br />showing siting and size of existing and proposed building. <br />b) Access, parking, service and recreation areas for all planned facilities or <br />existing facilities. <br />c) Plans, and elevation for aN proposed and existing structures and <br />descriptions of the color and nature of all exterior materials. <br />d) A landscape plan showing, at the same scale as the site plan, existing <br />and proposed trees, shrubs, ground cover and any other landscape <br />materials. <br />e) A signed statement from the owners or operators that there shall be no <br />activity allowed that will have adverse effects on adjacent property. The <br />statement shall also include a complete list of al! recreational activities. <br />that will take place on the site. <br />8-25 <br />
