Ordinance as Approved by BOCC 25 <br />t) Equipment storage. Mobile or immobile equipment not used in <br />direct support of a tower facility shall not be stored or parked on <br />the site of the telecommunication tower, unless repairs to the <br />tower are being made. <br />u) Signs and advertising. The use of any portion of a tower for signs <br />or advertising purposes including company name, banners, <br />streamers, etc. shall be strictly prohibited. <br />Section 3: .That this ordinance be placed in the file of published ordinances. <br />Section 4: Thaf this ordinance ineffective upon adoption. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that this Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Orange County" is adopted. <br />Upon motion of om issioner ~ V ,seconded by <br />Commissioner ~ ~ the regoing Ordinance was <br />.adopted this the ~ day of , 2004. <br />I, Donna S.
