the School Board by its Superintendent, or (iii) in either case by anyone designated <br />by the respective governing body to perform any act (or any specified act) under this <br />Agreement, and in any such case the School Board and the County will be <br />authorized to act on any such approval or request. <br />i) Not exclusive. This Agreement is not intended as the exclusive method <br />for the County and the School Board to cooperate with respect to capital projects for <br />public schools operated by the School Board. The parties may proceed with respect <br />to such projects in a variety of methods. These methods may include separate but <br />similar leasing arrangement for designated Contract Property. <br />j) Further Assurances; Corrective Instruments. The School Board <br />and the County agree that they will, from time to time, execute, acknowledge and <br />deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such supplements <br />hereto and such further instruments as may reasonably be required for carrying out <br />the intention of this Agreement. <br />k) Retroactive. The parties intend that, to the extent permitted by law, <br />this Agreement should be deemed to be retroactive with respect to Projects that may <br />have been in progress at any time on or after July 1, 2005.
