He said that he would take time with the staff before the next Planning Board meeting to <br /> structure these comments in a productive way for the next meeting. He has heard that there <br /> needs to be a balance between Phase I and Phase II. <br /> Craig Benedict said that the recommendation is to keep the public hearing open. He <br /> suggested keeping it open until December 14th (last County Commissioners' meeting) and the <br /> recommendation will be brought back with the new date for decision. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs to <br /> receive the proposed Unified Development Ordinance, accept public, BOCC, and Planning <br /> Board comments, refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request that by the BOCC <br /> meeting on December 14, 2010 the Planning Board will recommend a revised timeline for the <br /> adoption of the Unified Development Ordinance to give more time for review and comment, and <br /> that the timeline will not exceed this fiscal year. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> D.
