As a member of Preserve Rural Orange, Citizens for Responsible Growth <br /> and the Haw River Assembly, I am extremely concerned that this document is not just <br /> "organizing" land use development regulations but could be fundamentally changing the way <br /> development is conducted in this County. <br /> I don't believe the general public nor architects like myself, have been made aware that this <br /> document introduces "conditional zoning districts" and "conditional uses."
