Fikes, Housing /CD Director <br />What are your Board /Commission's most important accomplishments in the past <br />year? <br />■ Prepared an FY 2008 -09 Performance Report/2010 Calendar. <br />■ Completed revision to the Orange County Housing Authority Bylaws <br />and presented the revised document for approval. <br />■ Presented Manufactured Homes Survey results. Discussed mobile <br />parks standards that were prepared twenty years ago and current State <br />Abandoned Mobile Home Program. <br />■ Assisted the Department with outreach for 2010 Census. <br />■ Held a work session with the Board of County Commissioners during <br />the last quarter of Calendar Year 2009 to discuss affordable housing <br />issues and board priorities. <br />
