ONE MEETING PER <br />MONTH <br />Brief Statement of Board /Commission's Assigned Charge and <br />Responsibilities. <br />The Orange County ABC Board is an independent policitical subdivision of the <br />state of North Carolina that purchases, distributes, controls, and sells spirituous <br />beverages to the eligible citizens and visitors in Orange County. This is <br />accomplished consistenly with the applicable laws of North Carolina and the <br />rules of the NC ABC Commission. Our united goal is to achieve balance in four <br />important areas: <br />1. Providing the highest level of customer service. <br />2. Maintaining a trained and dedicated workforce. <br />3. Contributing net profits to designated State and Local governments. <br />4. Maintaining sufficient working capital for expansion and improvements. <br />
