She s "id'that the background materials from Michael Talbert need to <br />be in the minutes.` <br />Chair Pelissier thanked Michael Talbert and the Finance staff for helping to find these <br />errors and correcting them. <br />Commissioner McKee said that he also spent time with Michael Talbert reviewing this <br />information and it does not bother him so much that the County has to fix this error, but that it <br />occurred in the first place. He hopes that this is never repeated. He said that the worst <br />scenario did not occur, which would have been for the County to have approved the $10 million <br />Lands Legacy purchase and then °find out six months later that there was no money. He asked <br />Michael Talbert about the actual cash on hand in the Lands Legacy Program. Michael Talbert <br />said that it is $1.86 million. <br />Commissioner Hemminger feels confident that the staff is being very proactive with this. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner Jacobs <br />to approve Budget Amendment #6 -A for $13,097,651 for the County Capital Projects Fund. <br />
