<br />^, <br />The aforementioned documents, and any subsequent amendments or revisions <br />thereto, are herewith incorporated by reference, and are on file with and approved by the <br />Department in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing shall be <br />construed under the terms of this Agreement by the Department or the Contractor that shall <br />cause any conflict with Department, State, or Federal statutes, rules, or regulations. <br />b. Cost of Proiect. The total cost of the Project approved by the Department is <br />SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($7,150) as set forth in the Project <br />Description and Budget, incorporated into this Agreement as Attachment A. <br />(1) State Share. The Department shall provide, from State funds, NINETY <br />PERCENT (90%) of the actual net cost of the Project, not in excess of SIX THOUSAND FOUR <br />HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($6,435). <br />(2) Local Share. The Contractor hereby agrees that it will provide TEN <br />PERCENT (10%) of the actual net cost of the Project and any amounts in excess of the <br />Department's maximum. The net cost is the price paid minus any refunds, rebates, or other <br />items of value received by the Contractor which have the effect of reducing the actual cost. The <br />Contractor shall initiate and prosecute to completion all actions necessary to enable it to provide <br />its share of the Project costs at the time directed. <br />c. Period of Pertormance. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of <br />execution, unless specific written authorization from the Department to the contrary is received. <br />The period of pertormance for all expenditures shall extend from JULY 1, 2006 TO JUNE 30, <br />2007, unless written authorization to the contrary is provided by the Department. The <br />Contractor shall commence, carry on, and complete the approved Project with all practicable <br />dispatch, in a sound, economical, and efficient manner. <br />d. Contractor's Capacity.
