Amend Article VI Application of Dimensional Requirements to add a <br />new Section 6.31 Family Care, and Rehabilitation Care Facilities. (Page 6 -57). <br />a) No Family Care or Rehabilitative Care Facility shall be located-closer <br />than 500 linear feet from another existing care facility. <br />Section 5. Amend Article VI Application of Dimensional Requirements to add a__ <br />new Section 6.31 Family Care, and Rehabilitation Care Facilities. (Page 6 -57). <br />b) Should a previously licensed care facility be relicensed or receive a <br />new license under a different state classification, a new special use <br />permit and /or building permit shall be applied for. - -- - _ - <br />c) Provide staff with the state Service Code for the facility as a condition <br />of approval. <br />Section 6. This Ordinance shall be placed in the file of published ordinances. - <br />Section 7.
