Information Technology <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />9 I -~ 5' --~?Da~ <br />~~ <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to implement the phases of the <br />County's. Information Technology Plan. Proceeds from the County's <br />portion of the one-half cent sales taxes and dedicated property taxes <br />finance this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br />within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />FY 2005-06 Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />Sales Tax and Dedicated <br />Pro a Tax <br />$825,000 <br />$400,000 <br />$1.225,000 <br />Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />2004 Two-thirds Net Debi $0 $0 $0 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Fundin $825,000 $400,000 $1,225,000 <br />Section 4. No funds allocated for public access initiatives will be expended from this <br />project without recommendations from the Information Technology <br />Committee and approval from the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Information Technology Capital <br />Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br />Section 7. This ordinance, originaAy adopted December 1, 1997, shall be in effect <br />until June 30, 2406, <br />~~ <br />Adopted this 15th day of November 2005. <br />
