Section 39. Acceptance by the Company <br /> This Franchise and all of its terms and provisions shall be accepted by the Grantee in <br /> writing in the form hereinafter set forth within thirty (30) days of the grant of this Franchise by <br /> the County Board and when accepted shall be filed with the Grantor's Clerk who shall record the <br /> same in the Book of Ordinances. Such written acceptance may be upon or at the end of a copy <br /> of this Ordinance and it shall state and express the acceptance of the said Franchise and its terms, <br /> conditions, and provisions; and the Grantee shall agree in said written acceptance to abide by, to <br /> observe and to perform the same according to al of its terms and provisions, subject to applicable <br /> state and.federal law, and shall declare that statements and recitals contained on said Franchise <br /> are correct and that it has made and does make the agreements and statements set forth in this <br /> Franchise.
