Make all plumbing connections. <br />3. Install ahand-held shower arm mount set. Install an extra clip <br />so the tenant may use a shower chair. <br />4. Install a handicap commode. Install a new 1 piece molded cultured sink/ <br />vanity top. Install single lever lavatory faucet. The faucet shall be <br />a Delta orpre-approved equal. Install new supply lines & cut-offs. <br />6. Install a five piece bathroom accessory kit. The kit shall include the <br />following: 18" towel bar, 24" towel baz, tissue roll holder, <br />toothbrush/tumbler holder & soap dish. <br />7. Install a washing machine box in the laundry room. Make all <br />plumbing connections to the outlet box. <br />
