Install a new vinyl floor in the bathroom & laundry room. The <br />vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 sq yd. Install metal trim at all <br />door openings. <br />7. Install a privacy lockset and door bumper on the bathroom door. <br />8. Remove the exterior wall covering between the new addition ~i <br />the main house. Frame an opening with a 2x 10 header to receive <br />a 36"bathroom door unit. Install a 36" door & jamb. Prime and <br />paint the door, jamb and trim with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint <br />shall cover completely. Note: Lead paint maybe present on the wall <br />covering. Use Lead Based Paint Safe Work Practices. <br />9. Install a new cased opening between the Laundry room and the <br />kitchen. The opening shall match the existing framing. Install <br />new matching casing on both sides of the opening. Prime & paint <br />the cased opening with semi-gloss latex paint. The paint shall <br />cover completely. <br />10. Reinstall the existing vinyl windows in the laundry room. <br />(Refer to plan) <br />11. Install %2 OSB plywood & tyveck on the exterior walls of the <br />addition. <br />12. Install D-5 vinyl siding on the exterior walls. Prepare the exterior <br />for coil stock & soffit. Install smooth white coil stock on the fascias <br />& eves. Install vented vinyl soffit on the overhangs. _ <br />INSULATION: <br />1. Install R-19 insulation in the bathroom & laundry ceiling. <br />2. Install R-13 insulation in the exterior walls of the new addition. <br />3. Install a 6 mil vapor barrier in the crawlspace. <br />
