Remove the oil tank from the back yard. <br />2. Install a triple 2x8 treated dropped girder across the kitchen floor. <br />Place post jacks every 7ft on center. The posts shall be placed on <br />solid masonry approved by the Inspection Department. <br />Level the floor as close to the original height as possible. <br />3. Install a new vent for the dryer.-The exhaust shall vent through the <br />exterior side wall. <br />4. Reinstall the heat/air vent in the laundry & bathroom. Prepare the <br />vent for the concrete floor.. Install metal ductwork to the floor <br />registers. Wrap the metal duct with 301b felt paper. Install new <br />floor registers. <br />5. Install 12 automatic foundation vents around the unit. Install vents <br />where possible. Install all necessary vent wells. <br />6. Place pine straw around the entire drip line of the unit. The pine <br />straw shall be placed a minimum of aft from the unit. <br />7. Install a new attic access panel in the 2°a floor bedroom ceiling. <br />Install a new plywood %i" door. Nail the loose trim and paint <br />the new access door with semi-gloss paint. <br />
