2004..10 During the fiscal year each funded jurisdiction is required to test your satellite telephone <br />by contacting your appropriate NC Division of Emergency Management's Branch Office <br />the first and last Fridays of each month; <br />2004..11 During this fiscal year, each funded jurisdiction is required to work on the formation of a <br />Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC).. The LEPC should be County of Regional; <br />2004.12 Each funded jurisdiction shall work on the formation of an Unmet Needs Committee. Your <br />appropriate Branch Office will work with you to establish this committee; and <br />2004.13 Each funded jurisdiction is required to send in the EM-43 Emergency Event Form to <br />advise the Division's Communication Officer of events such as, Hazardous Materials <br />Spills, Property Damage, injuries and / or Deaths, Relocation of a ;minimum of 10 <br />Residents, Opening of Shelter(s), and Terrorism related activities. <br />2004.14 Each funded jurisdiction is required to develop a written plan for the implementation and <br />operation of a Country Receiving and Distribution Point (CRDP) <br />NOTE: In order to receive the FY06 preparedness funding, the minimum FY05 NIMS compliance <br />requirements described above must be met. Applicants will be required to certify as part of their <br />FY06 grant applications that they have bet the FY05 NIMS requirements., <br />
