EXHIBIT B <br />Scope of Services <br />Services to be provided are in accordance with the January 28, 2008 Orange County Affordable <br />Housing Bond Application as amended on May 2, 2009 from The Banks Law Firm, P.A.. <br />Affordable Housing Bond funds will be used to construct a 76 unit apartment complex for low- <br />income elderly/disabled households. Specifically, the apartment schedule is as follows: <br />44 One Bedroom units with rents ranging from $395 to $640 <br />32 Two Bedroom units with rents ranging from $469 to $769 <br />These rents will be affordable to families earning less than 60% of area median income at the <br />time of initial tenancy. <br />All construction will be completed in compliance with applicable state and local building codes <br />and ordinances. <br />13 <br />
