S ~~~~•~ ' <br />j <br />10. The Contractor shall folio w its normal policies <br />relating to complaints and adjustments to bills for sanitary <br />sewer services. Provided, however, payment of a statement under <br />protest shall not prejudice the claim of the protestor in the <br />event an error is discovered as provided in the System Rules .and <br />Regulations of the County. <br />11. The County shall pay to the Contractor, upon <br />receipt of an invoice, a ane-time set-up fee of $100.00 for the <br />purpose of establishing a billing and collecting system for the <br />System. <br />12.
