CLUSTER SUBDIVISION CHARLOTTE'S CREST PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />This property is located on the northeast side of New Sharon Churc <br />Road in Little River Township. It is zoned Agricultural Residential with a <br />overlay district of Little-PW. Six lots are proposed out of 13.83 acres. <br />3 acre open space area is proposed. The Board approved the Preliminary Plan fo <br />the cluster subdivision for Charlotte's Crest with a private road built t <br />Class B standards, and the conditions contained in the attached Resolution o <br />Approval. <br />L.
