Initial Report on November 30, 2010 Community Meeting, Public Comments and Discussion of Next Steps <br />December 3, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Next Steus• <br />In the weeks ahead, staff will draft a detailed report addressing all of the questions, comments, <br />recommendations, and concerns received at the meeting and through a-mail, regular mail, and <br />telephone. <br />The draft report on the feedback and our responses will be provided to you for discussion at a <br />future meeting. When it is distributed in your meeting agenda materials, we would also make it <br />available to the public (including but not limited to citizens who attended the Community <br />Meeting and gave us contact information on the sign-up sheet), the Town and County Managers, <br />etc. <br />We will inform the public of the date and time at which this matter will be discussed by the <br />Board of Directors (and Board committees, as applicable). <br />We look forward to the Board's questions, discussion, and guidance. <br />Than u very much. <br />Patrick Davis <br />Sustainability Manager <br />
