The roads are as follows: <br />additions to the State Maintained Secondary <br />1 Beechridge Subdivision (Copper Beech Ct.); Attachment 1a -Map <br />The Town of Chapel Hill approved Beechridge Subdivision as Planned Development with a <br />Special Use Permit (SUP) dated October 5, 1998. Copper Beech Court was designated as <br />a public right-of-way. The SUP includes the following provision related to the subdivision <br />roads: <br />• That the internal street(s) be constructed to public street standards, with a 27-foot <br />back-to-back cross-section with curb and gutter, and with sidewalk on one side. A <br />50-foot right-of-way shall be dedicated. <br />A petition was submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation to accept <br />maintenance responsibilities for the 0.17-mile subdivision road. According to the NCDOT <br />survey, the subdivision road provides access for 8 homes.
