(a) The fact and date of a person's signing an instrument may be proved by the • <br />certificate of any officer in any jurisdiction who by law has power to take <br />acknowledgments within that jurisdiction that the person signing the writing <br />acknowledged before the officer the execution of the writing, or by an affidavit of any <br />witness to the signing. <br />(b) The fact of ownership of Bonds, the amount or amounts, numbers and other <br />identification of such Bonds and the date of holding will be proved by the registration <br />books kept pursuant to this Trust Agreement. <br />ARTICLE XI <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Section 11.01. Notices. <br />(a) Any communication provided for in this Trust Agreement or the Bonds <br />must be in writing. <br />(b) Any communication under this Agreement will be sufficiently given and <br />deemed given when delivered by hand or on the date shown as the delivery date on a • <br />United States Postal Service certified mail receipt, or a delivery receipt from a national <br />commercial package delivery service, if addressed as follows: <br />(i) if to the County, to Orange County Manager, Attention: Notice under 2010 <br />LOBs Trust Agreement, Post Office Box 8181, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br />(ii) if to the Company, to Orange County Public Facilities Company, Attention: <br />Notice under 2010 LOBS Trust Agreement, c/o Orange County Manager, Post Office Box <br />8181, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br />(iii) if to the Trustee, to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., <br />(c) Any communication sent under this Agreement must also be sent to the <br />County and the Trustee, along with any other parties to which the communication may be <br />addressed. <br />(d) Any addressee may designate additional or different addresses for <br />communications by notice given under this Section to each of the others. <br />Section 11.02. Limitation of Rights. Nothing expressed or implied in this Trust • <br />Agreement or the Bonds gives any person other than the Trustee, the Company, the <br />County and the Owners any right, remedy or claim under or with respect to this Trust <br />Agreement. <br />29 <br />
