17. Governing Law. This Purchase Contract is governed by and is to be construed in • <br />accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. <br />18. Effective Date; Counterparts. This Purchase Contract shall become effective on <br />your acceptance hereof. This Purchase Contract may be simultaneously executed in several <br />counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the <br />same instrument. <br />19. Survival of Representations and Warranties.
