This agenda item updates the <br />Orange County Personnel Ordinance to reflect the action already taken by the Board of <br />Commissioners effective July 1. The Personnel Ordinance change is as follows: <br />Revision to Orange County Personnel Ordinance, Article IV, "Employee Benefits" <br />(Changes marked in bold type) <br />9.4 Supplemental Retirement f401 f k) Planl Contribution <br />9.4.1 Effective July 1, 20045, Orange County makes a Supplemental <br />_ Retirement [401(k) Plan] contribution of $~9 $25 per pay period <br />.for each eligible employee. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds for the increase in the County 401 (k) Plan contribution were <br />included in the approved budget for 2005-06. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the above Personnel <br />Ordinance revision effective July 1, -2005. <br />
