7 <br />Enables new initiative; i.e., the Outside Agency is a new entry designed to <br />address unmet needs it perceives in the County (example: Bridge II Sports - <br />notfunded in FY10-11) <br />Grounds for Funding Commitments <br />"YES" if the BOCC intent is to stabilize Outside Agencies and make revenue <br />streams fairly consistent and predictable, based on creditable agency <br />performance <br />"NO" if the BOCC intent is a "zero-base" approach wherein Outside Agencies <br />must annually prove themselves according to pre-set criteria, such as the <br />Outside Agency Application Scorecard or other indices <br />Limitations on Funded Amount by Agency or Total Funds Available for all <br />Agencies <br />Dollar Limit by Single Agencv - <br />• Percentage of its overall budget (A range of no more than 35-50% of <br />Agency budget should come from County and Town sources may be <br />considered.)
